Follow-up inspection conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CB4U7Z). Observations: - Improvement noted in terms of sanitation of the facility. Please focus on corners and hard to reach areas. Clean them regularly to prevent build-up of grease/dirt. - Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (course completed on Jan 31, 2022). - Equipment were clean and found in sanitary condition. - Food was stored properly in coolers & freezers. Raw meat was stored at the bottom & ready to eat food on top shelves. Note - Permit replacement form was emailed to the operator.
