Comments

- All hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bleach sanitizer solution was over 200 ppm. Ensure to mix only 1 tsp bleach with 1 litre of water for proper concentrations.
- Low-temperature chemical dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm chlorine
- All coolers were at or below 4C
- Freezers were at or below -18C
- Hot held items were above 60C
- Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions
- Dry storage of food is satisfactory
- General sanitation satisfactory **Ensure floors in hard to reach areas (underneath and behind equipment) are cleaned regularly
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection

Note: Ensure to keep temperature logs up to date. Logs were available upon inspection however records for several days were missing.
