Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Main line cooler air temperature tested 8 degree C, food internal temperature tested 7 degree C. As per the temperature record, the line cooler temperature was at 4 degree C in the morning.
Corrective Action(s): Staff immediately move all cold potentially hazardous food at the bottom of the cooler into the walk-in cooler, then fill ice into the insert. Ice must be exchanged every 2 hrs to ensure the food is stored under 4 degree C or less.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat trays in freezer have blood stain and grease accumulation.
Corrective Action(s): Staff immediately washed the meat trays. Clean the meat trays regularly to prevent any potential contamination.
