Handsink and dishwasher sink both equipped with stocked liquid soap and papertowel dispensers. Handsink faucet resecured. Reviewed proper handwashing procedure. display cooler 1 C ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner. wiping rags in use with 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer.
