Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BLRVG4. Ice machine noted on previous report has been cleaned and sanitized. Some areas within kitchen have been cleaned; however, majority of areas noted on previous report (e.g. equipment surfaces, floors) require cleaning. Temperature logs available and up-to-date. Cleaners and sanitizers observed to be labeled. Discussed remaining outstanding violations with management. Refer to previous health inspection report for details.
