Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): REPEATED VIOLATION. Less than 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was measured in two sanitizer pails at the time of inspection. Pails are changed every 30 minutes. Pails are replenished. Ensure every sanitizer pails are at 200 ppm. Test pails using QUATS sanitizer test strips throughout the day. Further repeated violation may result in an enforcement actions (e.g., violation ticket).

All refrigeration units are measured at or below 4 degrees C.
All freezers are measured at or below -18 degrees C.
Hot holding units are measured at or above 60 degrees C.
Food items are time stamped.
General sanitation is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity was observed at the time of inspection.
Ice cream dipper well is operational.
Monthly pest control is in place.
>200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was measured from the QUATS dispenser.
3 compartment sink is available with drain plug for manual dishwashing.
Ice machine was in sanitary condition.
Staffs with FOODSAFE level 1 was on shift.
