Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C. Freezer operating at -18'C. - Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. - Temperature monitoring system in place. - 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles. Automated dispenser at correct concentration. - No evidence of pest activity observed. Washrooms satisfactory. NOTE: Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. Continue to have the top part manually cleaned on a regular basis as discussed at this time. General maintenance and sanitation of the facility is very good throughout. No concerns observed.
