Routine Inspection - Premise bakes cookies on site only. - Matri is purchased from Anmol sweets. Pakora, Pakorian and boondi is purchased from Guru Lucky Sweets. Invoice for Guru Lucky shown during the inspection. - Walk in Cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius. Clean the shelves.and discard all food items not needed for the operation of premise. - Chest freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius - 100 ppm Cl solution prepared during the inspection. Ensure 100 ppm Cl solution is available during the inspection when open for business. Note: Pakora, Pakorian and Boondi missing labels. All foods items offered for sale to the public must have labels that meet the CFIA requirements. -
