At the inspection dated July 12, 2021 there were 17 children and 6 staff present.
It is noted that both the Group Child Care ( 30 mos- school-age ) and the Group Child Care ( School-age ) programs were in session today. Preschool was closed for the summer.
At this inspection the above noted contravention was identified. Written response required by the assigned time line.
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed, copies of both the inspection report and risk assessment to be provided by email. As reports were completed off site a signature was not obtained. The facility manager was present for today's inspection and provided information about the program.
