Hot Dog Stand that is attached to the restaurant: (Only serving hot dogs, soda, fries, prepacked chips)
- Handwashing station there is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. **Owner replacing the faucet because it is leaking
- Cooler is at =<4C
- Bleach sanitizer is available, measuring 100ppm
**Owner to deep clean and sanitize cooking equipment before using
- Went over the food prep, cook, and serve procedure for the hot dog stand.

Restaurant:
- Handwashing station fully equipped
- All coolers =<4C
- All freezers =<-18C
- Hot holding at >=60C
- Bleach in spray bottles measure 100ppm
- High temperature dishwasher final rinse measure 71C at plate level
- Ventilation hood is well maintained
- Ice machine is clean
