Comments

All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder. Note: storage room upright dairy cooler door was discovered left open upon inspection. It is believed it was due to a delivery. Fridge recovered very quickly once door was closed. Watch carefully for spoilage as door was believed to be open for a couple of hours.
Dishwasher final rinse reached 73 degrees C. at the plate surface during final rinse.
Wiping cloths were being stored in 100 PPM chlorine residual.
Liquid soap and paper towel at sink.
Freezers are maintaining foods at-18 degrees C. or colder.
