Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The two handwashing stations in back kitchen area were not available. One handsink was missing soap and paper towel. The other handsink was blocked with table and no paper towel
Corrective Action(s): - Remove the work table from the front of the handsink
- Ensure that all handsinks are adequately stocked at all times

General Observations:
- Handsink in bar and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- All coolers - upright storage coolers, prep cooler, bar cooler - all measured at less than 4C.
- Freezers are at less than -18C
- Low temperature dishwasher is measured dispensing 50ppm chlorine residual
- Bar dishwasher (high temperature) is measured at 72C during final rinse at dish level
- Food contact surface sanitizer is measured at acceptable concentration of DDBSA /lactic acid
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- Foodsafe level 1 trained staff is present on site
- General sanitation is satisfactory
