Routine Inspection: - Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available - Low temperature dishwasher reached 100ppm chlorine at plate surface - 200ppm Quats available in spray bottles for sanitizing food contact surfaces - Glass dishwasher reached 12.5ppm iodine - Walk-in, and preparation table coolers were 4C or lower - Walk-in and chest freezer were -18C or lower - Ice machine was in good condition; ice scoops were stored in a sanitary manner - Food storage practices were good; all food items were stored off of the ground.
