Follow up inspection: -Upright cooler had been re-serviced according to staff. -Upright cooler was at or below 4 degrees C (measured between 3.3-3.5 degrees C). -New thermometers were available inside the upright cooler, upper sushi bar cooler, and prep. cooler. Ensure to regularly monitor refrigeration temperatures. -All four chlorine sanitizer spray bottles were labelled as "sanitizer". Signature is not required on this report due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
