Observation: Sandwich preparation table measured 5.8°C at time of inspection. Items on top shelf measured 7.7°C.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Products on top must be discarded after 4 hours in unit.
2. Keep lid closed when unit is not in use.
3. Monitor unit to ensure temperatures can maintain temperatures of 4°C or less
4. If unit cannot maintain 4°C or less, products can only be stored for 4 hours before discard. It is recommended to store smaller portions in unit. Contact refrigeration technician to have unit serviced.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mushroom sauce in styrofoam take out container measured 46.8°C. Product located on top right compartment of 8 compartment hot holding unit.
**Corrected during inspection** Product discarded when identified. Staff stated product should not be in take out container and stored in hot holding unit.

2. Light observed from bottom of back door/staff entrance. Potential entryway for pests.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Educate staff to empty mop pails after use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Staff washroom does not have cold running water.
**Corrected during inspection** Cold water source found to be turned off. Staff were complaining water was too cold. All handwashing stations must be supplied with cold and hot running water.
2. Customer washroom found to have no hot running water. Store has already contacted plumber for repairs.
