Good use of ice baths. Sanitizer buckets and main feed all measured 200 ppm Tongs etc kept in fresh ice bath. Freezer below -18 C. cooling units less than 4 C. food kept off the floor. no sewer gas smells noted. No drain flies noted. Looks good.
