Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Pizza cooler was at 15C (top) and 8C (bottom).
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods must be stored at or below 4C to prevent the growth of pathogens and/or the formation of toxins. Potentially hazardous foods were discarded at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back handwash station did not have single use paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): Handwash stations must be accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper handwashing. Single use paper towels were replaced at the time of inspection.

Observation: Cockroaches were observed in tin cat monitoring stations and walking around the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Facility must be maintained in a condition free of pests. Contact your professional pest control operator to apply control measures to prevent/mitigate pest infestation. Provide an invoice of services provided. Facility has been issued a Public Health Act Closure Order

Observation: Facility was found to have a cockroach infestation.
Corrective Action(s): Contact professional pest control operator to service facility. All food contact surfaces and equipment must be cleaned and sanitized. Once in operation, all food contact surfaces and equipment must be cleaned and sanitized prior to the start of operations.

Observation: Staff member on-site did not have FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training.

Either additional staff must be trained in FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training or staff must be scheduled accordingly. Failure to comply with the FOODSAFE requirements may result in the issuance of a violation ticket in the amount of $230.

-Kitchen prep cooler was at 1C (top and bottom).
-3-door cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezers were at -17C and -21C.
-Upright freezer was at -17C.
-3-compartment sink used for cleaning and sanitizing. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-Potato dicer was found to be disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing.
