Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both sanitizer containers for wiping rags tested less than 25 ppm chlorine.
Corrective Action(s): All wiping cloth rags in use are to be stored in a container of sanitizer solution (100 ppm chlorine, 1 tea spoon of bleach per 1 litre of water).

Staff replaced sanitizer solution for both containers.

Ensure daily cleaning is conducted and pest control action items identified by pest control technician are completed promptly.
