Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debris observed on deli slicer guard and behind blade area.
Corrective Action(s): Deli slicer was taken apart then cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection. Please ensure that deli slicer is properly taken apart and components are cleaned and sanitized after each use to limit the potential for cross contamination.

- Reach in cooler (right) at 2 degrees C
- Reach in cooler (left) at 4 degrees C
- Sandwich prep cooler at 4 to 5 degrees C (above) and 2 degrees C (below)
- Milk/cream cooler at 3 degrees C
- Chest freezer at -20 degrees C
- Sanitizer available at 200 ppm chlorine. Reminder to store wiping cloths in sanitizer solution when not in use.
- Hand washing sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- No evidence of pest activity noted
- Washroom maintained in sanitary condition
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection

Reminder: Please ensure that foods are stored separately from cleaning chemicals to limit potential contamination. Milk powder in sealed container that was found stored near cleaning chemicals was transferred to another location at time of inspection.
