Follow up inspection to the report JGUU-CH4TNS conducted:
Ambient air temperature of the display cooler measured at ~10C at the top and 4C at the bottom.
All food inserts are placed on a block of ice.
Temperature check conducted for both coolers and foods. Temperature of the display cooler historically below 4C in month of July and August.
Food temperature to be checked twice a day.
The display cooler has been serviced on August 11, 2022.
Hot holding unit (soup) measured at 71C.
Staff with valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate is onsite at this time.
