Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Inserts of pickles, tomatoes and lettuce observed to be stored with no cold holding at room temperature. Measured at 18 deg C. Staff informed that the food was out since 8am (inspection at 11am).
Corrective Action(s): All cold potentially hazardous foods must be stored under 4 deg C or stored only for 2 hours. Do not store cold potentially hazardous foods out at room temperature for over 2 hours. 3 inserts were discarded.
