- All refrigeration units meet regulatory requirements (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers)
- High temp dishwasher achieved 71C at plate's surface
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available in a labelled spray bottle
- Utensils are stored in a sanitary manner
- Temperature recordkeeping has been discontinued since Oct 4th. Ensure to monitor and record daily.
- One staff noted that he has taken FOODSAFE level 1 last year. Ensure to keep a copy of certificate on site.
- General sanitation is adequate
