- Facility in EXCELLENT sanitary condition
- No evidence of pests during inspection - EXCELLENT!!!
- Pest control program in place - New Company hired; invoices more thorough than previous company's records
- Handsinks adequately supplied
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Thermometers in all cooler units
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot Holding achieving temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius - temperatures in hot holding unit exceeding 60 degrees Celsius
- Secondary cook step for chicken on grill and secondary cook step for beef donair in microwave - observed during inspection
- Two functional sink plugs available for use
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine
- Raw meat stored away from Ready to Eat food items
- Light covers in place
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- Good hand washing practices observed
- Vegetable choppers in good sanitary condition
- All containers used to store lids/utensils/etc. in good sanitary condition
- FoodSafe Certified staff present during inspection - Refresher course taken by Manager
- Leftover donair at the end of the day - Proper methods discussed with Manager
