Observation: Observed dirt/debris build up under equipment, prep table and upstairs behind fridges and under tables.

Observation: Lower cabinets very worn inside, one cabinet right of the dishwasher is missing the base shelf and other shelves the melamine has worn off exposing the inner fiber board. Main counter top in front of the espresso machine has completely worn through the arborite and the fiber board underneath is exposed and is wearing away. Main counter top right of two compartment sink has pulled away from the wall allowing food debris to be trapped.
Corrective Action(s): Replace lower cabinets on either side of dishwasher, replace shelves in corner cabinet between hand sink and line cooler, and replace the counter top under the espresso machine. Repair/reattach counter top left of two compartment sink. Due: November 30th, 2017
