Storage areas require reorganizing through out kitchen and storage areas and de-cluttering. Also, boxes to be stored on lower shelving below open food/food equipment to reduce risk of cross contamination
Corrective Action(s): * Reorganize all storage areas though out kitchen and storage and de-cluttering through out to be done too. This must be addressed immediately to reduce risk of cross contamination through out facility. Also, store boxes below open food stuff and food equipment to reduce risk of cross contamination
