Observation: Scoops are still being stored inside ingredient containers.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of ingredients. It may help to put signage on doors to remind staff to store scoops in a sanitary manner.

Observation: Facility cleaned all areas affected by rodent droppings and new droppings were found in the facility
Corrective Action(s): Contact your pest control operator to identify potential entry points and to prevent further pest infestation.

Observation: Back door still requires a door sweep.
Corrective Action(s): Install a door sweep to prevent potential pest entry.

Observation: Sanitizer pails were not labelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all sanitizers are properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing and or misuse of chemicals. Containers will need to be relabelled as needed.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to June 1, 2020.
-Walk-in cooler was adjusted and was at 4C.
-Bleach sanitizer pails were at 100ppm to 200ppm to allow for proper sanitizing of food contact surfaces.
-Employees were practicing proper hand hygiene practices at the time of inspection. Did not observe staff wearing gloves at the time of inspection - staff have been instructed to change gloves whenever they become potentially contaminated.
-Raw meats were found to be properly stored below ready-to-eat foods at the time of inspection.
-Foods were properly stored off the floor at the time of inspection.
-Ice machine was found to be clean and well maintained. Facility will begin to clean and sanitize ice machine on a monthly basis.
