Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Although sanitizer solution was made on site it was not in use. Ensure adequate supply of sanitizer in both prep area and sushi area. Ensure rags used to wipe down surfaces are wet with sanitizer solution and NOT plain water.

Observation: Cleaning required under grill. A large accumulation of deep fried debris has accumulated. The mall has a serious rodent infestation. In order to prevent the infestation from entering the restaurant ensure the floor is cleaned thoroughly every night.
