All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. The dishwasher final rinse cycle reached > 71 C at the plate level. Temperature records were up to date. Ice machine was clean. No evidence of pests. Pest control report available on site. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm. Supervisor had FoodSafe level 1 certification. General sanitation was satisfactory.
