Routine Inspeciton conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
3-compartment sink available. Bleach available on-site. Chlorine spray bottles at the front servicing area and kitchen area measured at 200ppm.
Walk-in cooler, line cooler, beverage cooler measured at 4C or lower. Chest freezers measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or above.
Food observed to be in stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Vegetable dicer and can opener in sanitary condition. Exhaust hood vent observed to be in sanitary condition.

Overall, facility is well organized and maintained.

Operator informed that he would like to cancel the expansion of Nav Sweets and Restaurant and Nav Sweets Hall. Inspector will keep proposed floorplan expansion for a year prior to voiding to ensure operator does not want to go forward with expansion.
