- Prep cooler has been repaired, temperature is now at 4C. Continue monitoring this cooler and adjusting temperature as needed.
- Prep cooler is now equipped with an accurate thermometer
- Ensure to convert at least one of the three "dump sinks" back into a designated hand sink. All "dump sinks" may be equipped with hand soap and paper towel and be used for both hand washing and dumping - as long as dirty equipment is not being stored in these sinks and these sinks are always accessible for hand washing.
