Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observation: Chicken was being thawed at the room temperature during inspection.

Observation: Observation: Kimchi for personal use was stored on-site. Also, few containers to prepare Kimchi was stored in the staff washroom. The operator said that they use Kimchi only for personal use, and it is not for customers.
Corrective Action(s): Corrective action: This product must not be sold to customers. And it should be store separately from other food items. Best action is not to store Kimchi for personal use in the restaurant.

- High temp dishwasher sanitizing at 71C as surface temperature
- Use bleach (chlorine) as surface sanitizer (bucket) measured at 100ppm
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. Pest company comes after every 3 months

Administrative:
- Valid operating permit posted in a visible location
- Staff has FoodSafe training

NOTE: Please ensure to keep the daily temperature logs. At the time of inspection "May" month daily temperature logs were not available.

NOTE: Re-organize front staff washroom. Do not store any food containers inside the washroom. You can only keep chemicals as the washroom is not in use at the time of inspection.
