Comments

- General sanitation is good.
- The main handwashing station supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Most utensils and equipment washed and sanitized using the high temperature dishwasher in the cafeteria.
- Surface sanitizer available in bucket with presoaked wiping cloths at 200ppm QUAT solution.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. All boxes and food items must be stored min 6inches (15cm) off the floor to facilitate cleaning.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty.

Temperature Control:
- Display cooler (front) = 5C
- Beverage cooler (front) = 5C
- "Starbucks" upright cooler (back) = 4C
- Cooler (for milks) = 5C
Note: The pastry case is not refrigerated and the undercounter cooler is turned off. Only shelf stable food items are stored inside.
- Dairy products stored over ice. The ice is changed out approx three times a day. Ensure that the temperature does not exceed 4C.
