-Follow-up inspection to July 6, 2018. -Middle sandwich cooler and drink cooler were serviced and were both at 4C. Continue to monitor cooler units and ensure they are capable of maintaining 4C or less at all times. -2 of the 3 prep cooler door seals have been replaced. -Back door was kept closed at the time of inspection. HVAC system has been serviced. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
