Coolers are at 4 C or colder. Keep daily temperature records. Keep your food safety plans on site.
Note: The small bar cooler is for lower risk foods only (lemons etc.).
Hand washing stations have liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Note: Soap and paper towels should be stored closer to the hand sink in the prep room to make hand washing easier.
Dishwasher has a 50ppm chlorine final sanitizing rinse - good. Test strips are available.
Sanitation - good.
