Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Discussed dishwashing procedures with operator. He wasn't sanitizing dishes for long enough.
Corrective Action(s): Wash dishes with soap in the 1st sink, rinse with water in the 2nd compartment and sanitize in the 3rd sink for at least 2 minutes before airdrying.

Observation: Operator claims he took the FS level 1 course online and failed the exam. He didn't know that he could write the chinese version of the exam.
Corrective Action(s): Contact the company you took the course through and find out if you can re-write the exam in chinese. GET RECERTIFIED BY JANUARY 31, 2020.
