-Contents of the glass door cooler in the kitchen were unable to maintain <4 degrees C.
-Beer batter mix found to be held at room temperature
Corrective Action(s): potentially hazardous foods discarded. repair the cooler immediately.
Ensure that beer batter is kept on ice or in the cooler <4 degrees C

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 issues;
-deli slicer's sharpener housing found to have food build up inside
-pop wand in the bar found to have mildew build up in the nozzle
-utensils for flat top stored in water at 48C
Corrective Action(s): Clean the above noted three items thoroughly. this must be done on a more frequent basis.
Keep utensils in water over 60 C or below 4C

=Low temperature dishwasher measured >50 ppm chlorine at the plate surface
=Low temperature glasswasher measured >50 ppm chlorine at the glass surface
