Measured less than 4 C. - Walk-in cooler below 4 C. - under counter cooler measured at 4 C. - Handwash stations stocked and ok. - sanitizer (quats) in sani-buckets measured at 200 ppm. Some unused or residual construction materials noted in back area of premises.
