Cleaning has been completed beneath back area coolers and shelving **A few products in the sandwich cooler were again measured above 4C (6-8C) - it seems like the door to this cooler is not being closed all the way when staff are opening it. Product affected is at the very front of trays on the top two levels. Please ensure that staff are aware they need to tightly shut the cooler door (not swing it, but rather push it closed) to maintain temperature control.
