A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were found:
- Coolers 4C; freezers -21C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; and 6" off the floor.
- Different proteins (poultry, seafood, beef, pork, etc.) in groups to avoid cross contamination.
- The meat grinder was found in the cooler and in sanitary condition.
- No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles were 200ppm.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Retail section has raw foods stored separately or below RTE foods.
- All in order.
