- handwash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. Soap and paper towel dispensers must be wall mounted.
- chest freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius
- bleach available on - site. Mix one cap of bleach per gallon of water to prepare 100 ppm Cl solution for sanitizing.
- 2 prep cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius
