Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Top of the garbage lid used as countertop for placing sanitizer buckets and cloths on - CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Cloths and sanitizer buckets replaced.

Corrective Action(s): Move garbage to a better suited location. The facility is severely lacking in space in the back. To prevent the use of the top of the garbage can in the future review with staff and change location of garbage.

COMMENTS
- Facility in EXCELLENT sanitary condition
- No evidence of pests
- Pest control program in place
- Handsinks adequately supplied
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Three compartment sink method in use and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT
- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 77.3 degrees Celsius at the dish
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT
- Ice machine and scoop in good sanitary condition
- First In First out and date stamping methods observed in use

NOTE: Inspector did not observe any traps from Pest Control set at facility. Although no evidence of pests were found during inspection Guildford Town Centre has rodent infestation and traps are a good preventative measure.
