Friendly reminder:
- Do not keep much food at room temperature near the prep. area;
- Ovoid to store food on the table near the dishwasher machine;
- More effort to cover food in the walk-in cooler;
- Wiping cloths must be stored in Bleach sanitizer/100 ppm of Chlorine; Please do a solution as soon as the restaurant is open.
- Ensure more liquid soap is available on site (because each liquid soap dispenser has low level of it);
- Dry storage area - satisfactory but require some attention;
