Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No chlorine detected in the final rinse cycle of main dishwasher.
No chlorione at the glass surface in the bar washer. Chlorine sanitizer bottle and rinse aid bottles were empty.
No logs were being kept for dishwasher and bar washers.
Corrective Action(s): You must not serve any food on reusable dishes. Only disposable dishes to be used untill the dishwasher is in good working order. Repair or adjust both the dishwasher and bar washer so that:
-Dishwasher has at least 50 ppm chlorine at plate surface.
-Bar washer dispenses at least 100 ppm chlorine at the glass surface during final rinse. (corrected during the inspection).
Replace the empty rinse aid and chlorine sanitizer bottles at both dishwasher and glass washer.

Alternately, the dishes must be washed and santiized manually in the wash sinks.

IT WAS REMINDED DURING THE PREVIOUS INSPECTION TO MONITOR AND RECORD CHLORINE SANITIZER LEVELS FOR BOTH DISHWASHER AND GLASSWASHER. NO RECORDS ARE BEING KEPT. A VIOLTATION TICKET MAY BE ISSUED FOR ANY FUTURE VIOLATION.

Observation: 1.Water pooling, slime build up and rust noticed inside the keg cooler in the bar.
2. Sugary spils noticed on the under counter bar shelves.
Corrective Action(s): 1.Clean and sanitize the interior of the bar cooler. Repair the cooler to prevent the water from pooling inside.
Cover or refinish the rusted surfaces to prevent contamination of open food items stored inside the keg cooler
