Follow up to inspection report MBEK-CZXV7N. FOODSAFE requirements met. Certificate for operator (on site) valid to December 14, 2028. Preparation cooler has been serviced and was at 2 degrees C (below) and 4 degrees C (above). Internal food temperature at 4 degrees C or less. All coolers equipped with thermometers. Temperature logs maintained and up-to-date. Holes/gaps sealed. Areas affected by rodent droppings cleaned and disinfected. No new droppings observed. Bleach water sanitizer available in buckets at 200 ppm chlorine bleach. Wiping cloths stored in buckets.
