Code 205 noted on Routine inspection # RHEN-CWQTQG of Oct-18-2023 Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)] Observation: Walk-in cooler measured 8.5 C in cheese slices on shelves. IR check at 9 to 10 C. Left probe thermometer in unit for 30 minutes with no change. Operator called for service technician. Will be there today. Correction: Remove all hazardous products from unit until it maintains less than 4 C if unit can't be fixed immediately.

General clean up completed by operator. Pictures delivered to office demonstrating the cleaning to in a selection of areas. Looks good. Discussed the continuation of cleaning. They will comply. Discussed the fly issue. Pest Control to provide further guidance. Walk-in cooler measured at 3.5 C. OK. Sprinkler room substantially cleaned up. Structural improvements to floor and wall to be covered off by Otter Co-op in renovations. Contract in place to have floor grout replaced in kitchen areas not covered by Otter Co-op renovation. OK. Monitor for ongoing improved cleaning and store maintenance.
