Observation: 1. Mildew observed inside the ice machine. 2. Food debris observed on the vegetable cutter.
Correction: Clean and sanitize aforementioned equipment. For the ice machine, discard the current batch of ice and the first batch of ice after sanitizing the machine. Ensure food equipment is cleaned and sanitized on a regular schedule. Correct by: Immediately

Follow-up inspection:
- Low temperature dishwasher was serviced by a technician. It was able to dispense 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level.
- 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer available in 2 buckets with wiping clothes stored inside.
- Ice machine and vegetable cutter maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Missing tile in the wall near the hot water tank was sealed off.
