-Handsinks in kitchen, dish area, bakery and in staff washrooms are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel.
-All coolers - walk-in cooler, milk cooler, pastry cooler and sandwich prep cooler are measured at less than 4C.
-Freezer (walk-in) is measured at -18C or less.
-Hot holding unit is greater than 60C.
-High temperature dishwasher is measured at 71C during final rinse cycle at dish surface.
-Sanitizer solution in spray bottles is measured at 100ppm chlorine residual.
-Food storage practices are satisfactory.
-Foodsafe level 1 is verified.
-No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection.
