Corrective Action(s): Ensure that QUATs surface sanitizer solution is maintained at a minimum concentration of 200ppm for proper sanitation of surfaces. Operator changed solution during inspection and solution now at 200ppm. Violation Score: 5

Hand washing sink adequately supplied. 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing and QUATs in third sink at 200ppm. Prep coolers and display cooler at 4C or below. Walk-in freezer at -16C. Front freezer at -14C. Temperature log maintained and available. Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition and scoop stored in sanitary manner. Staff in uniform with hair ties back/covered. Sanitary facilities adequately supplied. No pest issues noted during inspection. General maintenance and sanitation is good.
