Corrective Action(s): DO NOT store food in recycled plastic/rubber containers - all food MUST be kept in food grade containers. Any potentially contaminated food to be discarded.

Observation: Work still to be completed:
- back cabinet with rice cooker on it - clean behind and under cabinet, top and shelves.
- back prep counter needs proper coving, properly installed, between countertop and wall - remove wooden molding that has been screwed in place; plastic sheeting on side of cabinet that has been screwed in place is to be removed to facilitate cleaning and if put back must be installed properly (sealed in place and caulked) to prevent insects from using as a harborage.
- plastic waffle board in dishwashing and hand sink area also needs to be properly installed and sealed.
