Mice droppings in corner by reach in freezer has been properly cleaned. No more signs of mice droppings noted at this time. Service for the refrigeration units were done this Wednesday and no build up to date. Staffs were told to monitor for ice build up. Reach in freezer remains as -18C and reach in fridge 2C. Extra containers have been ordered but still not delivered. ***Please have this done asap as fruit flies were still present where bananas/carrots are stored. Spatulas and ladles are kept in ice water bath. **Chest freezer still needs to be removed from dry storage. **Remind all staffs to empty the blender entirely so there is no standing water in the blender to attract flies.
